Jump to URL

How do I configure Jump to URL to target="_blank"?

HaroldsI found my answer here 'jump to url option with _blank' the problem I was
having was, it opened 2 browsers and in the post I found it states that it
doesn't work properly from VS. which was true.

working (regardless of opening up in a new window or not) from VS I didn't
think to tell you to test it deployed rather than from VS.
