Joining of datasets supported in future version?

Thanks for your reply. What I am after is being able to join a dataset
fron an SQL Server to one from a different data source, say Oracle.
Would I be right in saying that OpenRowset wouldn't help in this
instance?
PaulYou can do this using the linked server functionality in SQL Server 2000
