Jumping drill-down report

I have a report with drill down grouped data and static header with
interactive sorting enabled.
1. When the user expands (by clicking + image) some groups and click on
table header for sorting, all the drill-down details which were expanded get
collapsed, can we configure the report to show the report in the same state
with expanded/collapsed data after sorted?
2. When the user click on the '+' symbol to exand the details with static
header and scrolled to the bottom, the report jumps and the selected row
gets hidden behind the header. How can we fix this?
Thanks and Regards,
SridharI also suffer with that problem and wrote the same thing to many other
places as well as this group but had no response. I have also
installed Sql Server SP2 and VS SP1.

jump back from drill through generates blank page

Hello,
I have a main report that calls a subreport. In report manager, when I
drill from the main report to the subreport, everything is fine. However,
when I hit the IE back button I get a blank page. If I hit back again the
main report displays. This problem just started happening within the last
2 weeks. In the past I only had to hit back once. This problem occurs in
every report.

I have discovered that security patch KB916281
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916281) has caused this problem. It was
originally installed on June 19th. After I removed this hot fix, the back
button functioned as desired. Uninstalling this patch is not a feasable
solution. Does anyone know of a solution? Microsoft?

FYI: Report Server is on windows server 2003 with SQL SERVER/RS 2000 with latest service packs. I access the reports from IE on a MS 2000 professional OS.

Thanks,
Dan

Hi All,

I am also having the same problem. Somebody pls reply with a solution to it. This is an urgent issue.

Maybe a MS patch is the cause?

guys aren't hip to un-installing it. We called Microsoft with one of our
calls but they don't consider it a bug.
If anybody comes up with something, let me know.

Now that's amusing.. You hit the back button, get a blank page and it's not
a bug.
Thanks for the info.
Good luck...
